- 3 pounds tenderized Round Steak
- 1 and 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups all purpose white flour
- 1 cup olive oil
- Pinch salt and pepper
Cut steak into six slices and tenderize.
Combine milk and eggs.
Whisk milk and eggs and set aside.
Mix together flour, salt and pepper.
Coat both sides of steak with flour mixture.
Dip coated meat in egg/milk mixture.
Again coat both sides of steak with flour mixture.
Heat olive oil. Drop coated steak into hot oil.
Fry until gold brown on both sides. Approx. 4-5 mins per side.
Rest steak on paper towel.
