  • Plain Yogurt: One of the most versatile dairy products. Yogurt adds a creamy texture and tangy taste to main dishes, sides, dressings and deserts. It also has great probiotic benefits due to its live cultures.
  • Garlic: A flavorful bulb that is related to the onion family. It has a strong aroma (that fills your kitchen), taste that enhances your dish and is known for its versatility.

Instead of broiling the steak, I reversed seared. I placed the steak in my smoker until the temp came to 100 degrees. Then placed on the grill for marks and brought the temp up to medium rare about 125. You get the added smoke taste and great grill marks. Best of both worlds.
